As the demand for wellness-focused home environments continues to rise, designers are increasingly focusing on creating spaces that promote physical and mental well-being. Designer Nicole Hollis observes that clients are seeking dedicated wellness areas, including spas, gyms, and water circuits, with additions like sauna steam rooms and cold plunges becoming more common.
