Hey lovely people with oily skin! If oily skin and occasional breakouts have been your struggle, you're in the right spot!

After dealing with shine and bumps for years, I finally found a routine that keeps my skin balanced and glowing. Here's what worked for me!

Double Cleansing Is Key

Start with an oil-based cleansing balm to melt away makeup and sunscreen. Follow it with a gentle foaming cleanser to remove any leftover residue and deeply clean the skin.

Targeted Serums for Results

I rotate between Vitamin C serum and BHA exfoliant. Vitamin C goes on during the day midweek (Wednesday to Friday), while BHA is used twice daily on Monday and Tuesday to keep pores clear and skin smooth.

Hydrating Toner for Better Absorption

I use a lightweight essence-toner to boost hydration and prep my skin. Applying serums and moisturizers on damp skin helps them sink in better and works like a second cleanse too.

Light Gel Moisturizer

A gel-based moisturizer suits oily skin perfectly. It hydrates without weighing skin down or adding unwanted greasiness.

Sunscreen That Works With Oily Skin

I avoid mineral sunscreens as they often feel heavy and leave a white cast. Instead, I choose hybrid or chemical sunscreens that absorb well and protect without clogging pores.

Spot Treatment and Rest Days

On Saturdays, I focus on spot treatments or retinol, giving skin extra care when I'm not layering serums. Sunday is a no-skincare day to let my skin breathe and recover.
