There's a saying that goes well: "The first taste is always with the eyes," and it's even more apt when it comes to coffee. The perfect latte is not just a novelty-looking thing, it is a reflection of the quality of the drink itself.

Latte art is a technique that best reflects artistic attainments and difficult professional skills in the entire coffee making process. When such exquisite innovative skills were recognized, it greatly shocked the coffee industry at that time, and it attracted the attention of the public from the very beginning. All the people are deeply attracted by the magical and splendid techniques of latte art.

The tools for coffee latte usually include Espresso coffee, latte steel cup, milk frother, carved stick, coffee cup, and skim milk may also require some additional auxiliary tools.

When making, make milk foam first. It should be noted that the prepared milk needs to be kept at 4°C, so as to ensure a fine and dense milk foam. Otherwise, the failure rate of latte art will be very high. First, pour milk into the 600ml latte steel cup to the groove. Start the steam valve, release the water in the steam wand, and clean the steam wand by air spray. Hold the steel cup in the left hand, lift the steam wand with the right hand to a suitable angle, and insert the steam wand into the milk obliquely, forming a 45° angle with the cup wall to form a foaming angle (the steam wand outlet is located 1 cm below the milk surface) .

Turn on the steam adjustment knob, gently hold the right hand on the side of the steel cup, and let the milk rotate in the steel cup with the sound of "zizi" milk froth, forming a vortex, move the steel cup down little by little, Air is pumped into the milk. When the amount of milk froth increases to about 1.5 times, raise the steel cup containing the milk 1 cm upwards, let the nozzle immerse in the milk, and keep the liquid level rotating. Wait until the hand holding the steel cup feels hot, hold it for 2-3 seconds, and then turn off the steam adjustment button. At this time, the temperature of the milk is about 60°C, and the air spray action is performed again.

Hit the steel cup on the table to break the big milk froth. Use a spoon to skim off the thicker milk foam on the surface, leaving only the dense milk foam. For latte art, take a simple heart-shaped latte as an example, pour the whipped milk foam into the coffee to fully integrate (dissolve the milk). When the milk froth is half full, pour it in at the center point, swing your wrist left and right, and start pulling flowers in the direction indicated. Then pull the wrist to the side, pull the milk froth towards the bottom of the figure to close the cup, and a full heart is completed.
